CARTAN - SMALLER FORMAT LAMINATING SYSTEM - IN LINE DIE CUTTING SYSTEM

The CARTAN offers a one pass fully integrated laminated card manufacturing solution for medium to large yield production of health care, ID, reward, loyalty and promotional products.
The CARTAN system is designed to accommodate A3 and A4 sheets with a maximum capacity at up to 13” wide x 23.5” long printed core sheets of synthetic or paper board construction running in the portrait direction. (In Line Die Cutting System Laminating System)
The CARTAN line speeds can attain 25ft/minute in the standard format up to 50ft/minute in the HYBRID CARTAN format.
The CARTAN utilizes digital controls and servo pre-registration into the lamination module with servo correction to print at the rotary die cutting section.
The CARTAN requires just one operator to load the sheet feeder and film supply rolls and remove the emerging clean cut ISO specification cards on the shingling conveyor.
